Let’s make Jordan a healthier place to live!

Jordanians are known to be serious, firm, educated, cultured, proud, protective, talented.. and i may also add, funny πŸ™‚ A spirit that nothing could or can break.. people who are ready to pay their lives for every inch of their country..

However, some need to look more after our country and environment.. simple behaviors can keep it clean and shiny.. simple ethics and standards.. simple thought..

– Please start (if not already) by not throwing trash here and there. It has its own place.
– Dont keep “honking!” for god sake, and especially when the traffic light turns to yellow or green. sometimes I think there is some kind of wire connected between traffic light and cars’ horns.
Smile from the minute you wake up and keep that way while on your way to school, work, etc. you have no idea how this changes people and things around you.
– Try, just try.. to use public transportation every now and then, I know its hard. but would make it less polluted 😦

Let’s try to do these four things for a week and watch the difference πŸ™‚

Happy BAJ Day!

  1. The smiling thing does have an effect. I was driving to work the other day and I looked in the rear view mirror, and the lady driving behind me had a smile from ear to ear. I couldn’t help but smile as well, and was in a happy mood for most of the day!

  2. jano

trash doesn’t alwasy has its own place smetime i have to keep it in my bag till i get home coz i couldn’t find a trash bin.

as for honking jano, its a must..some people sleep while waiting for the light to turn green, someone has to wake them up πŸ˜€

smiling: well its not easy or fair to ask this now ya jano,we couldn’t do it in the good old days so now this year with the recession coming our way and people losing their jobs you are asking us to smile?
